during my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a short stroll from CentralMarina, perfect for shopping and dining, and the beautiful Tree Town was a delightful place to relax and enjoy some greenery after my city explorations.

The staff is friendly and efficient.

Clean and spacious room in a very good location.

The room had a window that opened directly opposite another room in the adjacent building, forcing us to keep the curtain drawn at all times. This utterly defeated the purpose of having a window. we expected a kettle and free tea and coffee, but were disappointed to find that those amenities required an upgrade to a more expensive room.

Room service was prompt. I always appreciated the staff's attentiveness. The hotel’s location on a quiet street made for a peaceful stay, and it was close to many attractions. the air conditioning could have been quieter, and I noticed a lack of towels upon my return one morning.

Welcoming staff and wonderfully clean rooms. Perfect location just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by cafes! Also appreciated the daily housekeeping and easy access to major attractions.

Electric socket placement could be improved. not near the bed.

Had a blast with friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to Central Festival Shopping Center. We played some billiards at the hotel and enjoyed the friendly service. A great spot for a group vacation, especially...

The room had a sizeable king-size bed that certainly offered comfort for a solo traveler. As a bonus, the hotel had a snooker and pool table in the lobby, providing a fun way to unwind.

The air conditioning lacked a temperature control feature, making it frustratingly cold in the room even at the lowest setting. there were no accessible electrical sockets near the bed, which was inconvenient for charging devices. I also faced a lack of towels one morning after returning from breakfast, making it impossible to take a shower before check-out.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour security, outdoor swimming pool, and a bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find places with good exchange rates, and the friendly service made...  

It was just an optimal selection for a short visit in Pattaya with great value for money. The lighting and air conditioning in the room worked really well which made for a comfortable stay. Keep your valuables close when exploring the nearby areas to stay safe.

So I stayed 3 nights in a Standard Double Room. At first, I was bummed—my first room had no window and the air conditioner was super loud, but the front desk lady switched me to a room with a window and a much quieter AC right away. The bed itself was comfy enough, and I liked having a little sitting area. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been better, but it was alright. The overall vibe was chill, and I appreciated the help when I needed it.
